It's funny how I can easily talk about anything under the sun except about myself. I'm marketing myself as a virtual secretary/personal assistant/data entry specialist and I've been through a lot of interviews. The question I dread most from a prospective employer is "Can you tell me something about yourself?" Boy, I can feel the perspiration build under my armpits. I've read all sorts of interview tips but when the actual comes, everything goes out the window.
This page is called About Me so I'm going to talk a bit about myself. What I can tell you is that I'm your friendly neighborhood average Jane. Yeah, I'm quite friendly but my neighbors don't know that. Haha. My fascination with websites started when I worked as a Technical Support Representative for a web hosting company. (Now you know why my neighbors don't notice my existence, my time zone is GMT -4 while theirs is GM +8. LOL) We weren't actually taught how to create websites but, what's google and yahoo for? I went through a lot of tutorials (hmtl and css for dummies) before I learned how to create a website.
As implied by this website I love music and books. These are two things that I cannot live without. I like old love songs, alternative, gregorian chant, and old rocks songs. As for books, I love science fiction, courtroom novels, war stories and a lot more. Reading is my passion.
I also enjoy playing computer games, both online and offline. My favorite game is DotA (Defense of the Ancient). I really enjoy playing it especially with my friends, it's quite fun that time flies so fast. Right now, the latest addition to my gaming experience is Perfect World. I have mixed reaction regarding this game, it's interesting but it's very similar to many other games I have played.
I think this is all I can say. I really feel awkward talking about myself. LOL.
